This is the main red wine of the estate, 60% pinot noir and 40% gamay, from vines varying between 12 and 42 years old. Roughly 15 days maceration, then taken to barrels (mostly neutral/older oak). Bottled in March 2020. Zippy gamay brightness and silky pinot tannin.
