A compelling blend from Gindl, bringing together Riesling, Gelber Muskateller, and Scheurebe. Each variety sees a very short period on skins (18 hours for the Riesling, 3 hours for the other two), prior to pressing and six months maturation on lees in steel. Beautifully floral aromatics of citrus and wattle, with an oxidative edge, lime pith, and an almost spicy acidity. It's a bit wild, but always a joy to drink.
