Conifer, dark and red berries, nutmeg, hints of coffee, fresh acidity. A dark yet refreshing wine. This blend masterfully marries 75% Regent with 25% Riesling grapes, resulting in a deep, dark red hue. A whisper of sweetness (3g residual sugar) on the finish adds a compelling layer to this gently effervescent offering. 5 days of maceration on the Regent grapes, 3 days of maceration on the Riesling. Semi-carbonic for both. Great pairing with any type of game, light meats, tuna, oily fishes, olives, toffee.
