100% estate-grown grapes. Primarily organic Verdelho, Albariño, Muscat, and Chardonnay fermented with spontaneous yeast and aged in a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel. Juicy, aromatic, and elegantly textured with stone fruit, white tea and grapefruit. Great bottle for getting the party started, easily pairs with fried, spicy foods, white sauces, lean proteins.
