Les Equilibristes ("The Tightrope Walkers") is a winemaking collective that collaborates with makers across several regions in France to make wine outside of their typical style/habits. Please enjoy this big, full, fruity and surprisingly fresh red without the massive tannin that is typical of the region. Big berry notes, eucalyptus, touch of clove and earth with a gentle but lingering peppery finish. Best at room temp or with a slight chill.
