An all-organic co-ferment of regional varietals: Gelber Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, & Zweigelt. Fermentation is spontaneous and the bright rosato wine is bottled in traditional-to-the-region liter bottles with no fining or filtration and minimal SO2 addition.
