Helem is a 10-day Skin Contact Chardonnay that has been fermented and aged in amphora. The 2022 vintage offers vibrant aromas of fresh fruit and subtle floral notes, with a touch of earthy minerality, creating a beautifully balanced and aromatic wine. Expressive, slightly tannic with notes of peach, black tea, orange peel. Lovely mineral finish. Can be enjoyed by itself or with mezze, grilled fish or veggies, and creamy sauces.
