2022 Eric Kamm ‘Yes We Kamm’ Orange, Alsace, FR

A wild blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewürztraminer. Three weeks on skins has the color screaming Pinot Gris, but Gewürz dominates on the palate. Baking spice, cooked stone fruit, refreshing acidity. Fermented and aged in stainless for nine months. Bottled without fining, filtration or added SO2.
