Hand harvested field blend (Gruner Veltliner, Moravian Muscat, Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc, Neuburger, Sauvignon Blanc, etc.), briefly rested and gently pressed. Fermented with wild yeast in stainless and finished in the bottle. Citrusy, floral, young, fresh, and so easy to drink. Big elderflower, lemon, lime leaf vibes.
