100% Pinot Noir from the Hollow Oak Acres Vineyard, a 6 acre site in the Chehalem Mountains AVA.

Inky, deep, contemplative wine with aromas of ripe black cherry, black raspberry, pomegranate, orange peel, allspice, clove, & clay. A silky palate with vibrant acidity highlighting flavors of blood orange and fresh berries with a lingering finish that hints of earth and citrus.

This wine opens up with time and is best enjoyed with a little decant (you can also pour a little in your glass and observe how it changes). Ultimate pairing is Joni Mitchell on vinyl.

This is an age-worthy bottle: 3-5 years will offer even more earth, spice, & textural elegance.
