2022 Two Shepherds ‘Centime,’ California

For 2022, Centime is made up of certified-organic Vermentino, Albariño and Picpoul. The grapes are destemmed and fermented on the skins for 12 days, then aged in neutral oak barrels for 10 months. This is a non traditional orange wine, and at just 11.8% alc, is light and fresh, while still textural.
