Fermentation with indigenous yeast, nothing added, no filtration, no clarification. Just the land and a father-son's labor of love. All of the beautiful floral notes you expect from Muscat with gorgeous structure. A true balance of tropical fruit, tart citrus, a touch of chamomile with a kiss of saline. Complex and refreshing, pairs easily with light summer fare (grilled fish, roasted veggies, etc) but is equally stunning on its own.
