​100% Cabernet Franc certified organic and grown by Colin Janot in Saix. Whole cluster with 4 days of maceration. Aged 8 months in stainless and 6 months in the bottle. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites.

Best served just under room temp - pop it in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving with your favorite tomato-based dishes, anything with goat cheese, anything with fresh herbs, smoky BBQ, or eggplant parm.
