100% Pinot Noir from Presqu'ile Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley AVA of Santa Barbara County. A combination of clone 777 from the oldest plantings on the vineyard, from 2008, and clone 667.
Located only 16 miles from the Pacific Ocean with 100% sand, marine sediment soils. Foot tread whole cluster on the skins for an hour before pressing into stainless barrels for 6 months with no additions.
Drink this as the sun is setting, pairs well with al fresco dining, grilled salmon, lamb dishes, all the skewers and snack trays.
