Juicy skin contact blend that leverages hearty doses of sunny and savory elements.

Müller-Thurgau (33%), Riesling (32%), Pinot Gris (18%), and Gewürztraminer (17%) from four organically farmed vineyards in the Willamette. The fruit was destemmed and co-fermented on skins until dry for approximately three weeks, then pressed into neutral French oak for maturation before bottling unfined and unfiltered.

A carnival of citrus notes (tangerine, naval, kumquat, pomelo) dance with tropical fruits (starfruit, guava, mango). Gentle floral and herbal aromas and a whiff of raw matsutake mushroom. Pair with bold flavored foods!
