Organically farmed Merlot from volcanic and loamy soils on the slopes of Sonoma Mountain.

Nuanced, energetic, and quietly complex - so much more than a cheeky movie reference. This Merlot absolutely slaps, and we brought it on to pair with our Sunday steak frites special.

Medium-bodied with notes of rose, cardamom, lush plum and cherry fruit. Fresh, lean, easy to drink but so layered and thoughtful. Pop in the fridge for 20 minutes, and it’s perfect.

100% destemmed. Native yeasts. 11 mos in used French oak barrels. Slight sulfur after malolactic fermentation. No other additions, corrections, or manipulations.
