2024 Frenchtown Farms 'Limited Hangout' White Blend, North Yuba, CA

Crisp, aromatic blend of Picpoul (40%), Chenin Blanc (40%), and Petit Manseng (20%). Smells of white flowers, peaches, the ocean, linen & flavors of tropical fruit, almond paste, peach cobbler, and the end of summer. Harvested in 3 different picks, direct-pressed and fermented in stainless before aging for 10 months in a mix of stainless and neutral French oak. 30ppm SO2 at racking. Pair with prosciutto-wrapped cantaloupe, pasta salads, grilled chicken, drink by itself or with anything from the farmer's market that you truly just wish could last one bite longer.
