100% Grenache from Shake Ridge Ranch in Amador County. Whole cluster fermented for 6 days, pressed to barrel for 11 months. This wine is lighter in style with cherries, dehydrated raspberries, sweet tobacco and chalky tannin. Stick it in the fridge for 20 minutes or drink as it is. Super versatile food wine, pairs with anything herby & spiced: think mild curry, stews, grilled meats, roasted veggies or nutty, earthy cheeses.
