A lovely co-fermented field blend comprised of Pinot Gris, Syrah, Cabernet, Chardonnay and old fruit trees found on the Raffin Family Vineyard, now stewarded by Dan Marioni as a regenerative farming experiment. Ocean breeze and freshly cooked jasmine rice on the nose. Tart cherry, blueberry, watermelon rind and herbes de Provence on the palate. Light, dry, fizzy and super flexible for the dinner table or solo sipping during golden hour.
